These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Pooch Purrfect Pet Spa LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Grooming services themselves are covered by our service agreement, which you can read on our grooming policies page and sign in our new client form.

Information on this site

We work to keep the information here accurate, but services, prices, hours, and appointment availability change. Prices listed are starting prices, not quotes. The final price for any groom is set at the appointment. If something on this site conflicts with what we tell you directly, what we tell you directly is correct.

Booking, online booking, and forms

We book appointments by phone and text. Online booking for existing clients isn't open yet. The rest of this section applies to it from the day it opens.

An appointment is confirmed only when you get a confirmation message or hear it from us directly. That is true however you book.

Booking online

Online booking is for existing clients who are 18 or older. If you're new, fill out the new client form, then call or text us to book your first visit.
Choosing a time online is a request. We may need to move or turn down a request, for example if the service doesn't suit your pet's size or coat, the time slot is too short, or your pet's vaccine records are out of date. We'll contact you if that happens.
The times shown can change until we confirm, and the booking page may be unavailable now and then. If it isn't working, call or text us.
Prices shown while you book are starting prices, not quotes. The final price is set at the appointment and depends on your pet's coat, size, and behavior.
Give us accurate details about your pet, including weight, health, and behavior. We plan the appointment around them.
An appointment booked online is covered by our service agreement the same as one booked by phone. That includes the cancellation and no-show, late arrival, and card on file policies. The booking page may ask you to sign the agreement before you finish.

MoeGo

The booking page, our new client form, and our appointment messages are provided by MoeGo. When you use them, MoeGo's terms and privacy policy also apply. Our privacy policy explains what the booking page collects.

Not veterinary advice

Anything on this site about pet care, coats, or grooming is general information, not veterinary advice. For health questions, talk to your veterinarian.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to break into it, interfering with how it works, using automated tools to scrape it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to Pooch Purrfect Pet Spa LLC or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy our content or photos for commercial use without asking. Photos of client pets are shared with their owners' permission.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites, including MoeGo, Google, Instagram, Facebook, Linktree, and Amazon. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful code.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Pooch Purrfect Pet Spa LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under Virginia law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Prince William County, Virginia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
